BelExpo is looking for a professional and experienced team to operate the various F&B Activities of the Belgian Pavilion for the 2025 World Expo in Osaka. Ideally, the team will combine gastronomic experience in Belgium and operational experience in Japan. It is an absolute must to have concrete experience locally in Japan, and preferably also in Osaka, in the operation of (temporary or permanent) catering establishments.
The chosen team will obtain the exclusivity to operate the F&B Activities of the Belgian Pavilion on payment of a concession fee (consisting of a fixed basic fee and a variable fee) to BelExpo with the possibility of local promotion in the Japanese tender on the one hand and a project with interesting economic perspectives on the other.
The Belgian Pavilion aims to promote Belgium and its Regions, as well as our specialities, products and companies: the F&B Activities at the Pavilion should thus also radiate Belgium and be maximally Belgian (inspired). If Belgian products are available, and especially if they are offered by sponsors, they should be part of the public offer.
