The organizers of Expo 2019 Beijing gave us the best possible ending to the Horticultural Expo we could imagine: a special award in honor of our Belgian Garden.
We stand beside great nations in winning this award and feel honored to be amongst them. From the 29th of April to the 7th of October 2019 and long before that, we gave it our all to make the Belgian Garden one of a kind. It goes without saying we didn’t do this by ourselves. Our amazing partners helped make it all possible. We would therefor like to take this moment to thank them.
First of all we would like to thank the Belgian Embassy in Beijing for their great support, the firm Nicolas Godelet 戈建 Architects & Engineers and their numerous partners, who designed our unique and innovative Belgian Garden and made it the masterpiece it is, Hoegaarden for quenching our thirst and educating us on the best Belgian beer, and last but certainly not least our partner EMTI, who brought their product “Plant Force” to ensure visitors were welcomed in an organic garden without chemicals, making it a healthy experience for every visitor.Thank you all for a good run!
